Liz Mullin (she/they) is assistant vice provost for Faculty Affairs and associate professor of Exercise Science and Sport Studies. She encourages her graduate students to think and write critically about what data do and do not say. In her scholarship, she explores how gender and sexual orientation impact experiences in sport. She received the NAKHE Hally Beth Poindexter Young Scholar Award and the SHAPE America Mabel Lee Award. She is a fellow for SHAPE America and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Mullin was a fellow of the American Kinesiology Association Leadership Institute and is an alumnae of HERS Weekend Leadership Institute.
